How do I rent a photo booth
Please email or call us requesting your date and if your date is available, we will send you our Contract and Photo-Strip form to fill out. You will also receive an invoice to fill out.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, certified checks, and money orders. We also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card safely through PayPal.com.

Are there any additional charges
Additional charges include extra hours of photo booth rental beyond the hours included in your package, early load-in or late load-out, delivery beyond 30 miles.

Will there be an attendant to setup and run the booth?
Yes, we will be there to set up, take down and to have the booth running for the whole time you rented the booth.

How long does it take to set up the photo booth
We arrive one hour prior to the contracted start time to begin set up. For an additional hourly charge we can also load-in earlier than one hour or load-out later

Do I need to provide a prop table?
Yes, the Photo Booth gives you double prints with each rental. We provide you with scrapbook, pens, and double stick tape and place them in the book on a six or eight foot skirted table next to our photo booth.

How much electrical power does the photo booth require?
ou must provide power to the Photo Booth (110V, 20 amps, 3 prong outlet within 10 feet of setup).

What if my event is outside?
As long as there is protective shelter in case of inclement weather. Your ThoughtBox Photo Booth must also be placed in the shade or under a canopy, roof, or inside a tent during the daylight hours as the direct sunlight causes over-exposure to the actual photo strip images.

Does the booth have to be enclosed?
No, our booths can be set up as an open booth, or as an enclosed booth.

How does the photo booth work?
When your guests enter the booth, they will see a monitor instructing them to hit the start button. Once they hit the start button, they will see themselves in the monitor, and the monitor will start counting down, prompting them to say “cheese!” This repeats four times, and then a message indicates to your guests that their photo is printing. While this first group waits for their photo outside the booth, the next group is free to enter the booth and get started!

How many people can fit inside the photo booth?
Anywhere form 1 to 8 people, but we have fit more then that in the photo booth.

How big is the photo booth?
The booth is 5 feet long and 4 feet wide. Our standard curtain color is black and our background is black so that our guests can stand out from the background.

Do you provide online hosting of the images from my event?
Yes! The Host will receive all the pictures on a CD about a week after the event and we will upload the images about two business days to our website. This is a free online gallery, which your guest can pull the images off and put them on their Facebook account or do whatever they please with their photos.

Are the photos taken in the photo booth high resolution and are the prints archival?
Our photo strips are printed on glossy quality paper stock, and have a traditional photo paper weight. These prints wont fade and we use archival paper and ink. The resolution of the images is 4416×3312 pixels.

How big is each photo strip?
Each photo strip is 6″ tall x 2″ wide. The printer prints out 2 strips.

Once you decide to rent a photo booth from Ventura Photo Booth, please email or fax us your completed and signed contract. A $500.00 deposit is required with the signed contract inorder to secure your event reservation. Your deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event. For your convenience, you may pay the full balance balance when turning in your contract.
